CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - GERMAN AND ENGLISH

We are looking for a customer service fluent on German and English, fully dedicated on management, support and assistance to the customers, from order processing to delivery, and communication with customers, agents or sales managers by mail or by telephone.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

The following skills are required:

• Communication skills: excellent German, good English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; appreciate the knowledge of management system AS400

Location: Onigo di Pederobba (Treviso)
Terms: Permanent
Direct report: Customer Service Manager
Working hours: 8:30 – 12:30 / 14:00 – 18:00

The person will be in charge of the following activities:

• Processing orders received by mail / phone / b2b and preparing shipping plans.
• Communication with customers and key accounts, agents and sales managers.
• Follow end-to-end order to shipment process, ensuring timely shipping
• Management of returned goods in accordance with agents/clients/logistic
• Compiling orders’ reports, track shortages and delays and communicate with the customer where required
• Preparation of reports related to the availability of goods.
