As Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. Many yoga teachers and studios easily find their way with Momoyoga, while others need more guidance to get the full benefits of our platform. Your role is to make sure they feel supported and they can use Momoyoga with confidence. You’ll play a key part in shaping the customer journey, whether that’s answering questions with empathy, re-engaging teachers and studios, or contributing to our knowledge base.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

Your role will involve daily communication with our international customers, so we’re looking for someone who is fluent in German and English. ​​Of course, we’re also looking for someone with soft-skills as well:

  • Someone who can convey their enthusiasm, whether over the phone or in written words.
  • Someone with experience in a customer-focused position, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Someone who goes the extra mile and looks beyond mere customer support.
  • Someone with the ability to move trial users into Momoyoga customers.
  • Someone who has an affinity with the field of yoga.
  • Someone who can work independently, but is also a team player.
  • Someone who is not afraid to communicate with customers over the phone.
  • Someone with problem-solving skills and a learning mindset.
  • Someone who can express themselves clearly, spoken and written.
  • Someone tech-savvy; able to work with multiple systems.
  • Someone who lives within a radius of 100km from Tilburg (the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

IS THIS ROLE ONLY PART-TIME? CAN I WORK REMOTELY?

This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week. As customer support is part of our daily business, the 20 hours will be distributed over 5 days (4 hours per day).
It can be based on-site in Tilburg (the Netherlands) and from home. Because we’re a relatively small team, working all in one place from time to time helps us go faster and solve complex problems together. This means we’d like you to be able to come to the office regularly. We feel this is part of our company culture and increases the joy of working on Momoyoga together. For this reason, we’re only looking for someone who lives within a radius of a maximum of 100km from Tilburg.
