About the job: The Customer Service Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of service and support activities by maintaining documentation, tracking products and shipments, and ensuring service requests are completed accurately and on time. This role works closely wit customer-facing teams and cross-functional departments to maintain organized processes and deliver a reliable customer experience Responsibilities: * Coordinate administrative activities related to customer service and support requests * Prepare, process, and maintain accurate service and warranty documentation * Track products, shipments, and returns to ensure timely follow-up and completion * Communicate status updates clearly with internal teams and customers as needed * Close and maintain customer service tickets by following required steps and processes * Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across internal systems * Identify and flag missing information, errors, or process gaps * Support continuous improvement of service coordination and administrative workflows Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in operations, service coordination, administrative support, or customer support roles * Strong organizational and time-management skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams * Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems What You'll Bring to the Team * You love to delight customers and can’t rest without ensuring all steps of the process have been completed * You have a strong background in customer service * You can present yourself professionally in all situations as a solution-oriented and thoughtful ambassador of MRP * You consistently challenge any assumptions that come to your mind.
