Horizon is looking for a friendly, energetic, customer service focused Customer Service Specialist to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. Responsibilities will include answering a high volume of phones, taking & processing a high volume of orders, assisting will-call customers and other general office duties. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing customers with exceptional experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Answer a high volume of phones calls to respond to customer requests. Taking and processing customer orders. Assist will- call customers who arrive on site to inquire about orders. General office duties as assigned. Requirements Represent Horizon through our Core Values of Humbly Authentic, Deeply Committed and Driven Forward 2 + years of customer service experience in an office setting. Microsoft Office tools proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams). Ability to follow safe operating procedures. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering a high volume of phone calls, processing customer orders, and assisting will-call customers. General office duties will also be assigned as needed.
