So what’s the job?
As part of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service via phone, chat, and email. Whether it’s billing inquiries, troubleshooting, or general support, you’ll be there offering outstanding customer service.
We also want you to think ahead of our customer’s needs - we offer an array of services for them and we want you to make sure they are aware and have the right solution in place (we’ll also give you commission if they upgrade or take on something new).
