Description
Voyago is hiring a part-time temporary Customer Service Specialists with the possibility of extension for our Logistics Centre in London, Ontario. Your Role Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, you are responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for our non-emergency Patient Transfer Division. You must also provide a high degree of customer service in a fast paced environment. Scheduled Shifts: Part-time: weekends (11:00AM - 7:00PM) Temporary Part-time: (10:00PM - 6:00AM) Primary Responsibilities Operations: Coordinates bookings and prepare customer correspondence for special events Complete FT Customer Service Specialist Shifts Ensures dispatch operations are in accordance with established standards Completes order entry accurately Price transfers/fares accurately Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service Provide response times De-escalate customer concerns Administration: Authorizes credit cards for current and future transfers Your profile You are able to read and communicate in English effectively You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent You have 1-2 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience You have the ability to work independently You have excellent problem-solving skills You have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed You are proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel You are an Emergency Telecommunications Graduate as an asset The perks We are an Award Winning company As a subsidiary of Transdev, we provide opportunities for a rewarding career with a growing, global transportation provider We focus on innovation and sustainable environmental initiatives We support the development, work-life balance and well-being of our employees We build a supportive corporate culture that encourages diversity and enables our people to flourish.
