ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will oversee complex sales processes to ensure accurate and timely order dispatch, invoicing, and payment. You will address detailed customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to confirm order statuses and resolve issues. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records and generate comprehensive reports
