A Day in the Life Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for all service-related customer communications, delivering a responsive and empathetic experience. Provide comprehensive administrative support including invoicing, reporting, and documentation management. Coordinate and manage Preventative Maintenance Scheduling to ensure timely service delivery. Follow up on outstanding service quotes and liaise with customers to facilitate approvals. Calibration Management Supporting Field Service Team Must Have: Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a healthcare or technical service environment. Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities. Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills. Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
