POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary focus of the Customer Success Specialist will be to implement and execute administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. The secondary focus of the Customer Success Specialist will be to work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing and Outside Sales Representatives to grow our business within existing customers and to identify and onboard new customers that align with the Morcon Sales Policy and Go-To Market-Strategy. This role will work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively
  • Must have the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Must be a team player with ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to perform well under deadlines
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP systems a plus

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales order entry, revisions, and sales confirmation daily at a very high level of accuracy
  • Answer all incoming department calls and emails promptly, fully engaged, and professionally
  • Assist transportation with making appointments or finding the right contact when necessary
  • Communicate with customers on any shortages, product issues, or delayed shipments
  • Accurately enter and execute contracts for specific end user pieces of business
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sample teams to coordinate product sample kits/marketing collateral to potential and current customers
  • Serve as day-to-day internal support for accounts within the assigned geographical region. Building trust and credibility with purchasers and direct sales representatives while assisting the Directors of Sales or Territory Sales Manager in growing specialty sales and surpassing corporate account goals
  • Work closely with National Sales Manager, Directors of Sales, and Territory Sales Manager to build weekly targets to meet and surpass individual account plans
  • Assist the VP of Sales and Marketing, Directors of Sales, and Inside Sales teams in lead generation through info@morcontissue.com and the onboarding new customers
