To help us on this journey, we are looking for a first-class Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about what they do, and a real self-starter. The Ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the UK chilled FMCG supply network, combined with experience in managing the full order to cash process.   This isn’t for the faint hearted – the pace is fast, the standards are high and no day is the same. But if you are up for the challenge this could be the role that step changes your career.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and process customer orders by working closely with our 3PL Responsible for resolving customer delivery claims working with the finance and commercial teams Proactively manage customer communications regarding shortages and order management Master data management for Tesco and OOH customers, ensuring new delivery points and products are set up at our 3PL Work effectively across the Ops / Supply team and be the “voice of the customer” in our Operations team. Build strong working relationships with Commercial team   THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: Minimum 3+ years of relevant, recent, experience in UK Grocery customer supply Team, including (ideally) fresh food Experience of UK Grocer supplier portals (Tesco partners toolkit) would be an advantage Good understanding of “what matters” to UK Grocery supply teams Effective communication skills An eye for detail is essential Comprehensive understanding of Excel including pivot tables and power query.
