Description

Come and join our Customer Service department in Roihupelto, Helsinki.
Do you have strong customer service and administrative skills? Are you a confident communicator with internal and external customers?
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist – Order Processing for the Customer Service department at Sartorius. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting with administrative duties such as providing reports, processing customer orders, communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the correct processing of client orders and on time delivery for our laboratory products.
The closest customer service team consists of 11 professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is available for full – time on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site in Roihupelto, Helsinki, with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Responsibilities
  • On a daily basis you will ensure client orders, delivery slips and invoices are processed correctly and on – time and manage a shared email inbox to answer customer enquiries via email and phone and forward request to the relevant departments
  • Coordinate with other/internal teams to handle purchase orders, track customer orders for UK and Nordics region
  • Coordinate with customers, agents or other departments on logistics services request (i.e.: correct shipment, returns, unblocking of order in finance department) and maintain records on systems
  • Check delivery times, maintain and ensure accuracy of contract terms, agreements and related documents
  • Verify invoices and generate and distribute customer reports and point of sale service billings
  • Assist in customer payment arrangements with the support of the finance department
  • Use Salesforce and SAP to maintain customer data and order information
