Description

We’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Order Specialist to join a fast-growing warehouse on the Peninsula! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and accurately processing orders. If you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy helping others, we’d love to hear from you!

CUSTOMER ORDER SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers and take orders/assist with questions
  • Take orders manually on paper order form and input into system
  • Process email orders from customers
  • Scan in invoices, orders, and other paper files into system
  • Back up receptionist desk when she is out of office or on lunch

CUSTOMER ORDER SPECIALIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Great customer service
  • Light math skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Light MS office and outlook skills (will be trained on internal systems)
  • Must be willing to complete a background check and pre-employment drug test
