WHAT YOU WILL DO Sales Order Management: Receiving orders from customer through CRM system for FE/MEA/PH markets, and by PDF copies for other OCs. Updating all open orders status to markets weekly included confirmed ETD per pending order, reason of delays and unconfirmed orders in details. Managing to ensure all orders information in system running rightly between customer PDF file, CRM and SAP. Downloading all unconfirmed orders from SAP and sending to supply planning team weekly then verifying with supply planning on delays orders to put right reason and uploading all ETD confirmation per export order into system later. Coordinating all export customers and internal departments to handle and resolve all problems related orders and update the impacts/results to customers as soon as possible. Replying all customer's requests. They are related MPR, capacity and materials status, … Making reports monthly: Case Fill Rate report, Past Due report, Estimation Past Due report, Order confirmation on-tim, safety stocks for MEA/FE/PH and other reports as required by management team. 2. Loading & Shipping Plan: Preparing and sending the shipping plan to Logistics team, Supply Planning team and Shipping agents of PVN weekly to ensure the loading as scheduled and cartons in good condition before shipping out warehouse. Following up the output daily to arrange the shipments immediately to reduce storage costs and meet customer’s requirements on advanced orders. Settle all issues related to orders processing,delivery. Prepare all reports related to distribution issue. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.  OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE College/University degree in Economics / Business Administration At least 1 year working experience in distribution or logistic department Good command of computer skills of MS Office Knowledge of ordering process, dispatching and physical distribution, Proven ability to deal with a variety of transporters, customers and subcontractors; Ability to work under extreme pressure with tight timeframes; Accurate, reliable, self confident and firm; Good command of Business English (verbal & writing) WE OFFER
