Lois Liu, Manager, Customer Service & Supply Chain, APAC, UPM Pulp What you will do Collaborate and communicate with customers throughout order lifecycle, meet customers' needs and solve issues when applicable. Order processing, invoicing, Letter of Credit handling, preparation of shipping documents, complaints management. Guarantee high service level and ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively seek out new ways to improve customer experience and enhance overall operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure timely delivery to customers. Continuously improve customer service processes including collaboration with different functional teams. Participates in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and learn new skills. Explore the digitalization possibilities in daily customer service work. Maintain accurate data in the systems. Who you are You have bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You have 1-3 years of relevant work experience. You have customer and service-oriented mindset. You have experience with SAP ERP (Fiori) and L/C. You have good English skills. Korean skills preferred. You have ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. You have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details. You have good collaboration and influencing skills and smooth communication skills.
