Description Manage and process a high volume of inbound/outbound calls daily as required Schedule exams, confirm appointments, Process orders, and/or obtain Authorization on scheduled appointments. Maintain customer relationships with referring physician offices and patients Work with multiple computer programs simultaneously; utilize available online resources Maintain highly accurate data entry rate Requirements Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Skills: Call Center experience strongly preferred Medical office experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Maintain confidentiality Experience: Medical office, specifically Imaging, highly preferred. At least 2 years customer service. Ability to work flexible shift / hours.
