Description for Internal Candidates | ---|--- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Process orders through order processing software Manual entry of orders Work with internal teams on order status and changes Customer portals Run reports & audits of orders Update & maintain records in JDE Serve as a liaison between internal departments and customers May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities at the sole discretion of the Customer Service Manager EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Customer service experience desired, this may be waived for the right candidate. Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 35,700.00 - 66,300.00 Is this role subject to ITAR? The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
