Job Description: Customer Service Specialist (Real Estate Assistant)
Reports to: Business Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a professional with proven experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to join the ComFree team. In this role, you must be passionate about real estate and making real estate better.
The Customer Sservice Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the ComFree team and ComFree’s customers. Although the role is administrative in nature, educating customers on the ComFree.com advantage and influencing change in an age-old industry will be required.
This will be accomplished through exceptional customer service to ComFree clients and partners, educating customers on the ComFree advantage, while also promoting the brand and services of ComFree.
This position is the front line for inputting new listings, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support and guidance to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and data entry skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve issues
  • Proficient in using basic computer programs and applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
