We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our very busy team!
We are looking for individuals who have a Customer Service background or HR experience. The ideal candidate would be committed to customer service excellence and will thrive working in a fast- paced team environment.
Greeting candidates and handling any concerns, requests, and inquiries via in-person, phone and email
Operation of a multi-line phone system
Assisting with candidate pre-screening process by contacting applicants, scheduling appointments, conducting interviews
Making outgoing recruiting calls
Creating job postings, social media posts through Meta Business Suite
Responding to client requests and fostering a professional relationship
Data entry, filing
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and WHMIS and adhere to WSIB and Health and Safety processes
