You'll provide them with professional support over the phone, assisting with bookings and all inquiries before and during the rental period, as well as addressing any issues on-site. Thanks to your strong service orientation, you'll inform customers about our services, recommend suitable options, and answer topic-specific questions, for example, regarding choosing the optimal vehicle, deposits, insurance, and much more. We'll, of course, provide you with the necessary expertise during a comprehensive training period.
