This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers while supporting our project teams behind the scenes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in trades or construction industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with scheduling software and basic office applications
  • Professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the electrical or construction industry
  • Knowledge of electrical terminology and services
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/French) an asset
