Description

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. FULL-TIME The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #8637, located at: 13525 N. Fountain Hills Blvd. Fountain Hills, AZ 85268 Pay Rate: $17.50/HR Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Responsibilities

Customer Service Specialists assist retail and wholesale customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate product solutions. They are also responsible for resolving customer concerns, maintaining store visual standards, and achieving sales goals.
