Responsibilities

· Train and onboard all new customer service (motor licensing) staff
· Collaborate with Branch Managers and fellow Supervisors to build schedules that balance operational needs with employee availability
· Ensure daily cash and transaction balances are completed and recorded
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a department of motor licensing professionals
· Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers, offering professional advice to meet their insurance needs
