Job Description About the role Customer Service Representatives support Avery Dennison’s customers by providing accurate and complete information that meets our customers’ needs. They address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation including order management, quality, and lead times. Individuals in these roles think ahead and anticipate needs, opportunities, and concerns from the customers they support and proactively take action accordingly. Key Responsibilities This is a hybrid/on-site position. Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation including order management, quality, and lead times. Understand Avery Dennison’s products, solutions, and services and apply this knowledge in solving customer needs. Collaborate with multiple departments in this process, including sales, order entry, finance, and operations to receive and share required information. Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by supporting commercial teams or actively selling products on their own behalf. Deliver against key performance indicators and productivity targets for the department. Qualifications Qualifications Proven ability to perform problem resolution and manage complex customer needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish & Dutch with active listening capabilities. High attention to detail and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Demonstrated ability to understand product portfolios and sales support processes. Ability to display agility and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
