Description

JOB SCOPE:

  • Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot complaints via various means (Emails/ Calls/ WA) in a timely manner
  • Schedule arrangement for after sale servicing works & follow up through reminder calls or email
  • Review the service/maintenance reports and verify all findings, risks and recommendations
  • Respond to customer inquiries on repairs, spare parts, and other services
  • Offering and sales of repairs, retrofits & spare parts
  • Provide prices and prepare quotes for customers
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions / databases
  • Proactively monitor customer’s orders and resolve issues before it becomes critical
  • Work collaboratively with other internal departments to deliver customer’s request(s)
  • Build, maintain good relationship with our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Able to speak proficiently in different language)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
