TCL Supply Chain is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this position is responsible inbound and outbound load planning, assisting truck drivers on site, , working closely with the Operations team, among other duties within our high-volume grocery distribution centre.
TCL Supply Chain is a third-party warehouse grocery distributor centre and we’re looking to add to our team a Customer Service Specialist who works with Right the First-Time mindset, Can-Do attitude, and Passion. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Team player: enjoys working as a team.
• Strong administrative and paperwork skills.
• Computer literate (intermediate Microsoft Office experience, including Microsoft Excel).
• Responsible for inbound and outbound load plans.
• Accurately receiving products and paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work alongside the site Operations team.

JOB SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role or administrative/Customer Service role in a warehouse setting.
• Comfortable working weekends.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to cope with stressful situations in a professional manner.
• Possess the ability to work independently, multitask, and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience.

• Organize and assess inbound/outbound load planning.
• Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Assist truck drivers onsite and ensure paperwork is filled out correctly.
• Respond to customer requests accurately and swiftly.
