Join Waste Services Group (WSG) as a Customer Service Specialist and become the first point of contact for customers all across Australia. In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll manage customer enquiries, coordinate service requests, liaise with contractors and internal teams, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Operating across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, WSG delivers managed waste, collections, post-collection services and sustainability solutions to businesses across a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities Managing inbound and outbound customer calls through the phone systems Coordinating bookings, service requests and maintenance enquiries Responding to customer enquiries and service requests via email and CRM platforms Liaising with customers, waste contractors, operations teams and service representatives Managing customer cases from initial enquiry through to resolution Maintaining accurate customer information and case management records Assisting with invoice reviews and end-of-month administrative requirements Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders What you bring: Previous experience in a customer service role Experience in B2C and B2B communication Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed Experience using CRM systems (Wastedge experience highly regarded but not essential) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A team-first mindset with a positive attitude Why Join?
