The Role
Job Description: ? Be at the front desk to ensure that reception area is helpful and visible for the visitors coming by. ? Respond promptly to customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. ? Communicate with customers through various channels – email, face to face, over the phone. ? Process orders, forms, applications, and requests while keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. ? Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
