As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that customers have a pleasant experience throughout their visit. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent phone etiquette for taking reservations or handling customer inquiries over the phone
• Proficient in data entry for order management systems
• Ability to analyse customer preferences to enhance service quality
• Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
