JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Base Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, communicating directly with customers, and ensuring a seamless experience from order entry through product shipment. This position requires the ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of our products and applications while working closely with high-level purchasing agents from large companies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a high level of accuracy, and a commitment to timely and thorough follow-through. You must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of customer service experience, in the Graphic Communications or Printing Industry preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with order management systems.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Printing or label manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service through professional oral and written communication.
  • Review customer specifications and prepress materials to prepare work orders for manufacturing.
  • Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotes.
  • Assist customers with product design and technical inquiries.
  • Maintain document control and manage MRP systems, along with various customer scheduling reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their products and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Graphics, Production, Sales, and Accounting to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to customer challenges.
