We are looking for our next Customer Service Super Star.
A key part of this role will be supporting our customers beyond the first call.

You’ll be responsible for following up on quotes, ensuring customers have the information they need, and helping to convert opportunities into booked jobs. This includes:

• Following up with customers on outstanding quotes by phone, SMS, and email
• Providing clear explanations of our services, pricing, and process
• Building rapport and trust with customers to encourage bookings
• Tracking follow-ups in our system (ServiceTitan - Training Provided) and keeping notes accurate and up to date
• Working closely with our technicians and CSR team to ensure customers receive a seamless experience

This part of the role is all about turning great service into great results — keeping our pipeline moving, improving conversion rates, and making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
We are looking for someone full time with a minimum of 1 year phone experience.
Local Candidate preferred.
