Responsibilities
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of cargo handling per IATA regulations.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, offering effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and shipping documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents on requirements and rates.
  • Support export operations to ensure smooth documentation and invoicing.
  • Handle special cargo (oversized, sensitive, high-value) and ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain service quality and efficiency.Guide and train team members; act as the main escalation point.
