Oversee all activities of E-Traffic & Reception Section to ensure excellent quality of service provided to the customers. Guide & Supervise the E-Traffic team & Receptionist on the documentation process of registering the vehicle as per the RTA directives. Ensure all KPIs in E-Traffic Section are achieved. Monitoring the attendance of E-traffic & reception staff.
