Working within a collaborative, supportive and driven team environment, you’ll manage and coordinate the daily workflow and priorities of the Customer Service team. You will also:

  • navigate and resolve complex customer enquiries and escalations effectively, efficiently and safely
  • foster a positive work culture by supervising and motivating the Customer Service team, providing clear objectives, guidance, and feedback to ensure smooth operations
  • collaborate with other teams including Sales, Logistics, and Operations, to seamlessly meet customer demands in line with business resources and objectives
  • proactively create sales opportunities, prepare and follow up customer quotes, and support the efforts of our Sales teams and branches across Australia
  • provide internal support and regular feedback to our Sales teams with customer and competitor information
  • accurately work to prevent customer and order escalations whilst proactively seeking ways to enhance the customer experienc
Responsibilities
