Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for weekends and weekdays to join our Cairns Airport Team. The position will be part of a rotating roster and work during weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!

Responsibilities

As Customer Service Supervisor you will contribute to leading the customer service and sales of your location. You will manage the activities of the Rental Services Officers in your team and assist the Branch Manager. You will take pride in contributing to your branch and promote warm and welcoming customer service. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervise the activities of the customer service team
  • Demonstrate best practices, motivate and develop team members to succeed
  • Assist to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Customer service at the car rental counter
  • Handle customer bookings, phone and email inquiries
  • Cross-sell products and services
  • Check rental contract completion by rental staff and provide feedback
