Description

Group NB, a leading recruitment agency in the transportation, logistics, and supply chain industries, has operated across Canada since 2007. We are hiring a reliable and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team.
Pay: 15$
Schedule: 9am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments is a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP systems
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer order processing and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations for picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or missing shipments.
  • Lead and manage the customer service team within the warehouse.
  • Set work schedules, assign daily tasks, and ensure proper coverage.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate customer service staff performance.
  • Ensure accurate, professional, and timely responses to client concerns.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address recurring issues.
  • Liaise with warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, and sales teams.
  • Ensure alignment between customer service expectations and warehouse capabilities.
