JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service & Fuel Sales Supervisor to lead our customer service and fuel sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves overseeing daily fuel sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. The Customer Service Supervisor will play a crucial role in training staff, checking sales orders, and implementing effective strategies to enhance service quality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer service and sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid analytical skills to assess performance data and implement improvements.
  • Experience in training and mentoring staff is an advantage.
