Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our Clubhouse-Padel location in Jakarta. You will lead a team devoted to ensuring that every interaction is positive and impactful for our members. Your leadership will foster a culture of exceptional service within our Clubhouse. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of customer service at the Clubhouse, providing guidance to staff and ensuring seamless service delivery. Train and develop team members on customer service best practices and the features of our Clubhouse offerings. Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures specific to the Clubhouse experience, enhancing member satisfaction. Address customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues as necessary. Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to assess team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management to organize events and activities that engage members and promote community involvement. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and suggestions for service improvement. Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role. Experience in a recreational or community-focused environment is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence. Exceptional communication skills, able to connect with diverse clientele. Proficient problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively. Comfortable using customer service software and technology. A genuine interest in sports, community engagement, and smart home technology is an advantage.
