JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee MINNCOR’s customer service, front office, and retail operations. The supervisor will also serve as Seating Product Specialist and Retail Store Manager. The supervisor will manage the customer-facing processes of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The supervisor will lead and inspire customer service staff and manage office administration, ensuring efficient operations, maximizing customer satisfaction, and preparing and administering MINNCOR’s administrative budget. The supervisor will demonstrate servant leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all the minimum qualifications listed below. Ensure that your resume contains descriptions of your work experiences sufficient for comparison against the requirements stated below and indicate the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.
Five (5) of experience working in an office setting in a customer service role answering customer questions and working with the public and one (1) year of supervisory or two (2) years lead worker experience to direct staff and meet program objectives exemplifying the knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively hire, lead, motivate, develop, foster teamwork, assign work, evaluate, discipline, reward, train, or manage direct reports.

Applicants that meet all the above minimum qualification will be further evaluated on the following:

  • Knowledge of program management, coordination, and execution sufficient to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, communicating effectively between a diverse set of internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead staff sufficient to meet established timetables, quality standards and achieve high-quality performance.
  • The ability to celebrate diversity and a strong commitment to a respectful and inclusive work environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The following qualifications are strongly desired of applicants seeking consideration for this position:

  • Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience that includes directing and assigning work, managing and measuring performance, and managing complex/difficult customer situations by effectively analyzing and prioritizing work.
  • Knowledge of MINNCOR’s operations, products, and financial systems.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Epicor Kinetics.
  • Experience performing continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience in interpreting contracts, statutes, state and/or government policies and procedures, rules, regulations, rulings, etc.
