What do we do at Holiday Barn Pet Resorts? We get the opportunity, every day, to care for, play with, and be an integral part of the lives of thousands of Richmond’s pets and their families. We also offer fun, energized playgroups for dogs to enjoy through our Doggie Day Care. Our Pet Grooming department is “paw-excellence” as we provide pets with nice sudsy baths, pedicures, stylish haircuts and anti-shedding treatments. Dogs who need some manners or are looking to get a higher education can receive the professional training services of our dog trainer. Equally important, all Pack members at Holiday Barn work together for a common set of company values and mission of “Creating Joy in the lives of pets and their families.”
What is our Customer Experience Support/Runner position like at Holiday Barn? CE Support/Runners ensure that positive relationships are developed and maintained with our furry guests and their owners! Pack members must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk frequently, and demonstrate the ability to lift pets up to 30 lbs. We represent Holiday Barn through telephone conversations, face-to-face interactions, on tours, and even at pet related events. Members in Customer Experience Support/Runners are an intuitive part of our “pack” and work within our company’s values and brand experience. Runners interact with customers and are one of the first friendly faces our guests see when they come into our lobby. Our Runners are an important part of the Customer Experience Pack. Our front desk associates rely on our Runners to keep the lobbies squeaky clean and guide our guests to and from their lodging areas.
