 Main Duties and Responsibilities * To service internal and external clients’ requests and attend queries on insurance policies and loans. * To prepare letters as requested by clients in respect of their insurance policies and loans. * To prepare statement of account for premiums and loans as requested by clients. * To provide general information on insurance policies and loans to walk in clients, over the phone and by email. * To assist the team leader in day-to-day work. * To prepare standing orders and direct debit instruction to send to banks. * To act as a support to any operational actions that may take place. * Any other cognate duties which may arise aligned to business requirements. Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate should possess the following profile: * Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent  * Ideally have at least 2 years’ working experience with excellent customer service skills  * Experience in the Insurance industry will be an advantage  * Be computer literate, with a good knowledge of Word and Excel  * Have an outgoing personality with good communication skills and have the ability to deliver results  The Company reserves the right:     1.
