JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Officer to join our team. The role involves providing outstanding support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a customer support or service role (1-3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Patience and professionalism in dealing with customer complaints
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is Preferred
