A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $65,200 to $81,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Join WWT today!  A Brief Overview The Customer Service Support position resides within the Sales Operations organization and interacts directly with Inside Sales, Program Managers, authorized suppliers, and customers. This role is customer facing and is an essential role to our partnership with our customers around the globe. This role is expected to develop relationships with external and internal teams while being a liaison to the customer. This role involves working closely with customers to develop business relationships as well as relationships with our internal teams. Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role as well as excellent customer service skills. Job Responsibilities: * Builds strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal operations through day-to-day functions and interactions * Identify and implement actions to achieve efficiencies in our daily processes and tools utilized * Manages post-sales order tasks such as modifying orders with vendors, return authorizations, expediting material with suppliers, and assisting with various customer requests as applicable * Communicates regularly with WWT cross functional teams for customer order success * Performs other duties as assigned.
