What You’ll Do On a Typical Day * Track Expedite and Non-Expedite shipments according to nightly notes provided * Order Entry; Imaging Paperwork * Broker freight, when available * Update Expedite Websites, McLeod, and any other formats necessary on each shipment * Update Customers with tracking information, when requested * Communicate with Account Managers/Carrier Sales Specialists via morning hand-off * Learn to bid freight directly with customers * Work on collecting paperwork from the unbilled report * Other duties as assigned Be part of something big.
