Duties:
- Maintain and service agents’ book of business.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct reviews and identify potential sales opportunities
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance coverage based on their needs
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims administration
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and expand client base
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge

Skills:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Proficient in sales administration and benefits administration processes
- Self-motivated with a drive for achieving goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer service
Requirements:
- Property and Casualty License/ Life Accident and Sickness License within 30 days of hire
