YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You will manage a team of Customer Sales and Service agents and be accountable for your market performance You are willing to deep dive into the processes, optimize them and develop your team’s knowledge level You will work with the team to drive quality, customer satisfaction, sales and productivity performance You will analyze statistics and reports, run root-cause analyzis and own improvement action plans, both at a team and individual levels You will drive Performance Reviews, and continuously support your team towards a true premium service to our customers You will make your team engagement and employee satisfaction a basis for the day-to-day interactions.
