Customer Service Team Lead
On-site in Conestogo, Ontario | Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
About the Role
Next Floor Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Team Lead to oversee a small team of 2–3
customer service representatives. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced flooring distribution
business. You’ll be supporting customers, managing orders, and helping your team grow.

What You’ll Do
 Lead, train, and support a small team of Customer Service Reps (CSRs)
 Handle customer inquiries and enter sales orders into our ERP system
 Manage special orders and resolve customer issues
 Support freight shipping by getting quotes and choosing carriers
 Improve processes and help us deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For
 Experience in customer service, ideally leading others.
 Experience with ERP/order entry systems (any kind)
 Great communication and problem-solving skills
 Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
 Comfortable with spreadsheets and computer systems
Job Details
 Full-time, permanent
 On-site 4 days per week, remote 1 day per week
 Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
