Customer Service Team Lead
On-site in Conestogo, Ontario | Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
About the Role
Next Floor Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Team Lead to oversee a small team of 2–3
customer service representatives. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced flooring distribution
business. You’ll be supporting customers, managing orders, and helping your team grow.

What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and support a small team of Customer Service Reps (CSRs)
Handle customer inquiries and enter sales orders into our ERP system
Manage special orders and resolve customer issues
Support freight shipping by getting quotes and choosing carriers
Improve processes and help us deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, ideally leading others.
Experience with ERP/order entry systems (any kind)
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with spreadsheets and computer systems
Job Details
Full-time, permanent
On-site 4 days per week, remote 1 day per week
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
