The Role You’ll Play as a Customer Service Team Lead As a Customer Service Team Lead at Pawnee, you’ll be the go-to support and mentor for our Customer Service Representatives. You'll provide training, help manage the daily flow of clerical operations, assist with regional coordination tasks, and offer floor-level leadership. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, thrives on organization, and enjoys helping others succeed. What You’ll Do Mentor, train, and support Customer Service Representatives while serving as their first point of contact for questions and concerns. Help coordinate regional intake processes, evaluation assignments, and foster care documentation. Assist the Office Supervisor with scheduling, admin tasks, and improving day-to-day workflows. Step in to cover CSR duties or fill staffing gaps in satellite offices as needed. Provide outstanding front-desk support by welcoming clients, handling appointments, collecting payments, and addressing concerns. Keep shared spaces running smoothly by monitoring lobby activity and supporting basic office operations like mail, scanning, and room scheduling. Requirements Required: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Basic personal computer skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language. Preferred: - Previous clerical experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, and managing multi-line phone systems. - Experience and/or solid understanding of the CSR role at Pawnee. - Multilingual skills.
