Element Recruitment are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and support to our customers every day.

• Supervise and support a team of customer service agents
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally
• Assist with training new team members
• Ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently met
• Report on team performance and identify areas for improvement
