Customer Service Team Manager (Avelgem)

Your challenges:

• As a customer service teamlead you are responsible for the CS team in Avelgem.
• You are strategic but also very hands on and responsible from A to Z for the administrative processing and follow up of the orders from your customers.
• You inform your internal and external customers about our products, prices and delivery times.
• You anticipate possible obstacles and look for accurate solutions if necessary.
• To ensure optimal service and quality, you work closely together with you colleagues from other departments such as sales, production planning, transport and credit control.
• If necessary you take up a back up role for the customers of your colleagues within the team.

Your talents:

• You know the importance of a fast and accurate service to customers from a relevant experience in past a customer service role.
• You communicate excellently in Dutch and English
• You are familiar with Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• You have a strong affinity with administrative tasks.
• You think customer and solution oriented and can respond adequately to the needs of the customers.
• You work accurately and are stress resistant.
• You have people skills an excellent stakeholder communication skills.
