The Customer Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the retention of existing customers by following a monthly customer visit schedule. The purpose of these visits is to check the proper functioning of the washing with the equipment installed (dishwashers, pumps, etc.), to check customer inventories, to propose new washing solutions and to maintain excellent relations with customers. He will also be involved in resale activities from the beginning of the process to closing. It will also cultivate new relationships and build on existing ones. This person will work collaboratively with all team members, with the goals of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and the achievement of the company’s long-term goals.
